Star Plus Ishqbaaz show starts with Pinky accusing Anika blaming her responsible for Shivay’s critical condition . She ask him to leave but Om and Roodra stand for Anika.
Pinky threatens them to dare stop her or she will kill herself. She throws Anika out. Shivay is being operated and everybody is tensed about the outcome.
Anika cry outside calling her to be a foolish who got angry from Shivay and reminiscences how he saved her life. She shouts loudly calling Shivay’s name.
Doctor informs that Shivay is out of danger but still critical so he is shifted to ICU..Dadi ask Pinky to be strong and not loose hope. Pinky inform dadi how she threw Anika out.
Anika stumbles on the way and realize Shivay’s life is slipping off and is still in danger. On the other side, Shivay gets short of breadth.
Anika brings life to Shivay
Doctors operate Shivay but he doesn’t respond well and doctor calls for emergency. Anika reaches hospital but Pinky stop her from meeting Shivay but Dadi allow Anika to let meet Shivay.
Anika goes inside the room where doctor ask her to get out but she doesn’t and her tear fall on Shivay which revives life in him.
Pinky gets speechless and thank Anika but also ask her again to go away from Shivay’s life if she really cares for him. Anika is shocked.
Pinky begs Anika joining hands but Anika forbids her from doing so and promise her she would leave once meeting Shivay. Anika feels the pain of separation and sees Shivay for the final time.
